There are a lot of moving parts involved so having the vehicle set up in advance seems very advantageous.My conceptual plan for setting up the structure is more simple:50% equity for me - I do ALL the work including property management and accounting50% equity for capital partners - No responsibility in terms of making business decisions or operations of the businessMonthly cash flow paid out after all expenses (including budgeted expenses) are paid out and accrued for.
