Zoning & Land Use is something that has a ton of importance and it seems like I need to understand how to establish road access and utilities (maybe they are already established – I’m not sure).

The lawyer needs to file an action with the court and then advertise that there is a hearing about this property for a period of time so that anyone who has interest in the property will know to come forward for the hearing.

So I guess in another way, it is paying to access those resources.
