We look at income qualification, no evictions ever on there record, no bankruptcies within the last 7 years, no violent felony convictions and we do a 2 year past rental history check.

However, if a "Chinese (or any other) person directly says that they might be uncomfortable living in a house where someone had died violently" and then they ask you directly about a death, it would be best disclose the fact to them and let them make their decision.
