I haven't perfected it yet, but I want to avoid taking photos of people who may be in a hostile or violent mood.

Maybe I'm wrong, but just from what I've seen, they're not very responsive unless there's violent crime happening.

If someone has a violent background (domestic abuse, etc) then they are out.

I've been a dog lover all my life but having dogs that are so large and uncontrollable when they become violent is irresponsible to me.

We look at income qualification, no evictions ever on there record, no bankruptcies within the last 7 years, no violent felony convictions and we do a 2 year past rental history check.

However, if a "Chinese (or any other) person directly says that they might be uncomfortable living in a house where someone had died violently" and then they ask you directly about a death, it would be best disclose the fact to them and let them make their decision.

During the day things can look OKAY but at night the RATS come out to play.Did you look up the crime report for trends of violent versus non-violent crimes and how concentrated it is relative to where the property you were going to by was located??
