Keep that focus, but as you learn things will change...

Hi everyone,I graduated college a few months ago in Boston and tried to start my own business but it didn't workout and so I focused on Real Estate instead and passed my NV License.

Find a good deal and get some real estate experience--don't focus so much on that real estate having to fit some specific profile. 

I manage the real estate portfolios of my clients so they can focus their efforts on whatever they consider to be their "Highest and Best Use", which is usually looking for their next project.

Hi Natalie, MTR's do seem to be struggling if that is the only focus for a property.

As Josh mentioned, it's important to find your right fit, I wouldn't focus solely on price especially if you're looking to be very hands off and you're looking for quality.
