It is trendy and as you mentioned gives you quick asses to the City and the Drive. 

The tenants were still happy to stay and have been fantastic tenants.I was right about the neighborhood and it shot up overnight becoming a trendy location.

Resale market is limited but may improve with the trendy, tiny house craze.

Perhaps holding events at a place like Embers (in the open area), or some other trendy setting.

I'm of the opinion this trend is still in its infancy, and future development to live in and near work centers will continue to proliferate throughout metropolitan markets.

Bottleworks is a fun new/trendy area to stay and explore. 

. :-) I can say if you want a trendy location for a flip, the place is going to be in pretty bad condition in this market at around $100 because the land alone is often going to run that much.
