It sounds a little strange but lending on a condo is very different for banks.

What will you learn visiting a strange city and looking at houses? 

Both the furnace and water heater are set upon cinder blocks which seemed strange at first, but now I believe the sellers did that due to water in that room.

@Patricia Mangham Yeah I noticed this is in the Wholesaling forum which is why I thought the quitclaim deed seemed strange. 

If there are dramatic or weird pricing jumps (down or up) it definitely causes some pause- I start to wonder why the prices is jumping and if there are other strange issues with the property.

Crowdstreet.com seems to have banned me. Anyone else had an issue with this? Zero clue unless they view copy and paste to opportunity overviews as violation of NDAs... which is ridiculous - 3rd parties would need to...
