A few years ago I had to switch from GoDaddy to another host because GoDaddy shared hosting came to a standstill with Wordpress sites.

I understand the seller wants the EMD, but also understand the buyer's concerns.With all of the delays we are not at a standstill, but there seems to be a contract in place that will side with my buyer. 

Can anybody opine on my assumptions relative to their actual real world experience - I'm primarily at a standstill when it comes to my CapEx accruals.

I recently got some assignment contracts together for wholesaling and subject to deals, but I am now at a stand still.

However, I'm stuck at a fear stand still.

When sometimes what i'm doing is at a stand still, I question it and always try to continuously improve upon it.

I need funding for a multi-use property and i'm at a standstill because I can't find anyone that's responsive or doesn't have insane terms.

When the dark times come and we don't know what to do and where to go; it's better to just stand still and wait for a guiding light -- it will come!

Currently during this pandemic our academic market is at a standstill but then our vacation rental market is, as well.

I spoke to 3 separate well companies, all of which are at a stand-still until this gets worked out.
