Newbie: Need advice getting started with wholesaling

Hi my name is Niesha and I’ve been researching on how to invest in real estate for about a year now! I recently got some assignment contracts together for wholesaling and subject to deals, but I am now at a stand still.

I want to invest and also gain capital for my property management business. My expertise is in affordable HUD/Section 8 housing. I was a Compliance Specialist for 2 years and I am now a property manager.

I just need help on where I should start first! Looking forward to speaking with you all.
