Between my 9 to 5 and wholesaling

Today I took the first step on purchasing bandit signs and putting them up. However, I'm stuck at a fear stand still. I work right in the middle of the afternoon.. So when the 5oclock sellers get home, they won't be able to reach me because I work in a environment where we cannot have our phones on the floor. I find this May be a big issue and probably very suspicious to those who are looking to sale there house. In my shoes, how would you do this without scaring the motivated seller away because of suspect.
