Have a single family home 3/2/2 in southwest houston.

I’m looking in Atlanta (Southside, West, Southwest, Stockbridge, Morrow Jonesboro, Hapeville, etc)  and surrounding areas!

Look west, southwest, and just north of Denton for some older flippable homes in those small towns.

I am approaching this casually at the moment, but it seems that the number of multi-family homes in the Phoenix and surrounding areas are very limited -- I guess it's a difference of culture or the fact that land is so cheap in the southwest that there isn't much demand for a duplex/triplex/4-plex.At any rate, I'd like to hear from anyone who has invested in this region.

Plus, I have family in southwest Florida so it would give me a reason to get that way more often.

I have a vacation rental property in southwest MI that I am considering selling.

He has national lending sources who frequently lend on MHP’s.We’re looking to grow our portfolio in the southwest and the southeast.  

I currently live in a small rural town in Virginia that is 35 miles southwest of Richmond, Virginia and found small land acre with unlivable bad shape trailer next-door neighborhood from my parent's property that i am about to buy land.

I have my doubts.I have a 3 bed 3 bath house in Southwest area, rented at $1500 in 2015, raised to $1700 in 2016, raised to $1950 in 2017, raise to $2150 in 2018.
