Own and just keep it as a rental longterm/short term rental?

I have rented out this home short term before and have been successful but I don't have any experience with 12 month leases.  

Hi LaShon, I do recommend an LLC to hold your investment property(s), especially if you have significant personal assets.

Most 1-4 unit real estate investors are using DSCR loans right now for any buy and holds while flippers lean on higher leverage bridge/fix and flip loan options with higher interest rates.

Short-short version it's hell on wheels.
