. ;) Personally, in college, I was able to work 40 hrs (thankfully I had a flexible job) and remain at the top of the semester hours where I would have had to pay more to take more classes beyond full time.

You do need to register your short term rental with both the state and the city.We have an apartment on our first floor that we rent on the extended stay market during the academic year and on the short term market between semesters.
