Hello there,

I am a 21 year old college student from San Diego, CA. I am very interested in the real estate business but i have zero income from not having a job at the moment and zero credit. I am not sure how to get started except from the fact i will be taking real estate classes in college next semester. How can i buy my first home and start making money? Help?? (all opinions and advice welcome)
