I drove by the other day and noticed their patio furniture was still there, so I assume furniture is on the inside as well. 

Then, head to the hardware store and lay in a supply of plastic drop cloths and blue painter’s tape.

The driveway has settled 6 inches and the back patio (10x10ft of concrete) is completely destroyed (split into 4 pieces) from settling.

New countertops, floor in bathroom, kitchen sink, added microwave. getting rid of old deck and making patio, closed fence in.

Original single story home, built 1953, has been totally remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, covered rear patios & more.

It can handle any storm when it's clear but if any debri blocks the drain, it can fill up the patio area and flood the basement.
