Some insurance companies are surprisingly fair (State Farm), some are awful (American Modern).

I have State Farm only able to come out 6 weeks after we're going to have the damage remediated (Colorado now requires hotel rooms and per diem paid for tenants), and I want to make sure I'm on the right page on anticipated costs.

I have had a State Farm homeowners policy but they won't renew because it's a rental and they don't offer RDI.Would love to find a broker who could help.  

I also have a Farm and Mountain property and Beach House and Rentals in Brazil.

In this case, there's no mark-up as that's the rate they charge.Property management B is a one or two-person PM that farms out most, if not all, of its maintenance work.

I would suggest that you go talk to the pastor to see what you can find out.

Around me I see a lot of farmland that is no longer being farmed.   

Has anyone ever heard of rehabbing farm land , like a horse farm or any for that matter?
