I don't think it will be any "harder" or "easier" changing title/loan into the LLC from a mechanical standpoint, but the lender might be more willing/able if the same people were in the LLC as the original loan.

I'm sure it would've included structural engineering, but it might have included electrical and mechanical engineering as well...or even other consultants.

Get your own boots on the ground, meet the people you will rely on aka the cleaners two handmen, meps(mechanical, electrical, plumbing) contractors.

If it "worked" there would be more success than failures, but there are FAR more failures than successes, so how can you be ok with telling people or advising people to do it when you know DARN well that every 1000 people you tell to do it, 999 will fail.

Fire rating, mechanical equipment and materials often change and are more expensive.

The contractor seized doing the work and I believe has placed a mechanics lien on the property.

If that is your primary focus it could convolute thinking and force unnecessary errors, in an already error prone business with a very high failure rate.

I’m doing some research on tax sale in GA, a newbie  question if there is a municipal lien or mechanic lien or other personal liens,  will that be wiped out after foreclosure of redemption ?
