IU East is more for commuters, and Earlham is a smaller liberal arts school.

You need to understand that it happens and to get back on track.As far as activity goes, you need to find what you enjoy doing - bike, walk, weight train, martial arts, etc. as you'll have a hard time sticking to it if you don't enjoy it.

I am aware Hillsborough county is more liberal towards 7 days or less STRs but wanted to double check if anyone is aware of any zoning restrictions in specific neighborhoods in the city?

It's not the most beautiful work of art, but it gets the job done and it's extremely easy for someone like myself (very little html experience) to edit and plug and play.
