So here are the prospective tenants that i have :1)  first couple are section 8 and the guy kind of looks like a white trash with golden teeth and a bunch of tattoos and he says he is disabled and  on Medicare but he is very young.

I once bought a house in a tattoo shop because I was stationed in the middle of no where and he was the only notary for 100 miles.

Like getting tattoos, this got me hooked.

I am a huge fan of trying new things and then getting laser-focused on the things you enjoy doing the most.

I also am not into hotels and casino's as I'm laser focused on multifamily. 

You can be laser-focused on your goals, implement them and see the profits roll in. - Attend a session for an hour or two from a salesperson and be upsell.
