Looking to connect with commercial investors
Just wanted to connect with likeminded investors that are into hotels, casinos, multi family, etc.
What have been the pros and cons of commercial investing? Do you find it to be a greater reward than SFH?

@Danielle Massey For me, the main pro is the Tax Benefits, as commercial real estate investing gives a lot of options when it comes to saving on taxes.
On the other hand, I guess one disadvantage is that one has to treat it like a business.
Personally, I’m into Multifamily and don’t know much about Casinos or Hotels.
