I hope someone else can find inspiration by my story or if you are in similar situation maybe you can take part of what i did and run with it like a pair of scissors in your hand cutting through the mess thats blocking you.

Looking for ideas and inspiration.

It is inspiring to know that we both teach the same subject and that there is hope for teachers like me to one day become successful in real estate.  

I’m just asking for my own selfish motivation / inspiration and to dial in a buy and hold strategy.

This inspires Jian Yang to decide that instead of leaving, as Erlich requested, he would instead stay and simply stop paying rent.While that episode was quite amusing, some municipalities seem to be trying to transcend parody into something beyond satire.

You guys have been busy and on top of it,very inspiring,and in a year and half to get to 110k!

Your passion for real estate investing and commitment to success are truly inspiring. 

However, I'm thinking that it would be better to create a SIMS inspired game, that follows the guidelines of both traditional and creative real estate investing.
