How much information do you want on a wholesaler’s property list and what information is irrelevant or makes a wholesaler’s analysis of a property unnecessarily congested?

I was asked for unnecessarily detailed follow up personal information not as answer to that question, but for other motivations not clearly expressed.

It is really out of fear that i am over analyzing; and unnecessarily putting hurdles in front of me, as someone else here in the forum has mentioned. 

I think this is going to be a major long-term trend and, hopefully, will reduce Opec's power over the next few decades.BTW, I support laws that allow drilling instead of restricting it unnecessarily.

My first step is to ingest all of the "starter" information on this wonderful platform that my mind can handle.
