Over the years I've worked with a few companies but all but one turned out to be really horrible. 

I'm a real estate agent myself and I have found, and continue to find, some GREAT deals for myself and my clients on the MLS.I constantly find deals where the property information is are entered incorrectly, the pictures are horrible and the descriptions are worse. 

Going to find out this week the seller communication has been horrible.

Add to this, despite the horrible "recession" everyone has mentioned, airbnb and VRBO continue to set monthly and quarterly records in overall growth and market cap.

Horrible company!

@Mark Faustrum Got it , I was confused by the name of the company :-) yeah that is even more horrible , but bait and switch is a common tactic for some bad lenders . 

My experience with Verivest was horrible.

Most people on here think the 3 properties is a horrible way to go but there is a group that goes this way and there is the group that starts off the 9 property way but then stops and focuses on paying them off to be in the little to no debt group and enjoy huge cash flow without as much work and never worry about making a mortgage payment or worrying about having the cash to buy a new roof. 

I looked into buying leads from listsource.com, but their self storage leads are horrible. 

I had an absolutely horrible experience with them, they're complete scammers.
