I hope it is just internet posturing and in reality a much more holistic empathetic approach is taken.I will work on assembling some local resources as well for New England investors.

Hi, It appears Zillow lease agreement is very basic and it didn't include comprehensive clauses that protect a landlord.Any recommendations to setup/purchase a lease through any app/website that provides holistic clauses or rules and aligns with local laws.TIA

Some of this may have already been covered.i think taking a more holistic approach with savings would help.

Therefore, it seems like there are many gurus now, but holistically, there aren’t that many, you’re just being targeted in that niche and they are paying for the distribution.

Not completely favorable markets at the moment but im not too worried because the market, holistically, is linear.

But with tax law, it is important to look at this holistically and so your CPA should have a good understanding of your facts and circumstances and advise accordingly.
