The DEA was not gentle in it's search, breaking doors, damaging ceilings and drywall.

I'm newbie here, please treat gently :-)I have dilemma to solve, would love all your thoughts and advices.We own a TH that we bought in 2006.

A couple minutes gently trying to lift one will tell the story.

It's a gentle enough slope hill that we can use a garden tractor on to mow and go length wise so gradual grade. 

hi @James CapovillaIf you are looking at cashflow and recycle deposit you are going to have to find stuff with a twist at the moment, like renovation or maybe new build (due to the lower deposit rules for new build)The only problem at the moment is being nearer the top rather than the bottom of a market cycle at the moment not much will be available for that much under the ARV.As for sourcing agents(buyers agents), we work with a couple down here and who are nationwide, Mark Honeybone at Property Ventures and @nick gentle at iFindproperty.K

but rather you gently adjust their thinking so they understand that one way or the other, they are not going to be living there in the near future.

My goals all along have been so we can be with the kids, and my wife has gently reminded me that it doesn't make sense to sacrifice family to reach our goals, since the "why" behind our goals is our family.
