Probate - next move
I had a co-worker discuss a situation where his Aunt was in a home that was owned by his grandmother without a "will". Needs definite love and care just to sell. He walked away.......
1. Do I approach him?
2. Do I approach his attorney?
3. Do I find out address and wait to see if the property goes to auction?
Thoughts please....again be gentle newbie...
Thanks

Robert Zimmer- I agree with Karen Margrave. Just take a low key approach and tell them you are looking for a piece of property to invest in. Ask if you could possibly take a look. I wouldn't let this lead get away from you.
