About a month ago our renter called to say that the water is leaking through the air vent from the ceiling.

It always ends up more lucrative than ever before.....Ok, so either this is a joke or was there like some meeting before hand, a "hey, heres how we really gas-light em" kinda thing???? 

Overflowing gutters, a leaking roof, or holes in the siding may lead to moisture entering the mobile home and problems/mold in the wall cavities.Worried you’ll miss something?

Not sure if that will be an issue moving forward, but I saw when gas prices peaked about 10 years ago, it killed rentals in Little Elm...where everyone drove 30mins-1hr to work somewhere....that could happen with Forney, Heartland, Heath and Crandall and all the small towns around it in that area.

We are working to resolve the leak, which only stains ceiling tiles and does not drip into the unit.

There was a water leak in a bathroom which required a full renovation of that bathroom.

Over here the gas company has a "worry free" contract. 

All plumbers I have spoken with have advised me against in unit laundry due to the floors (old building) and potential for leaks.
