There is simply no marketable interest in commercial for "wholesalers" which, the REALITY of "wholesalers" as a definition today is "Really poor quality, performance, results NON-licensed agent who does way less for a LOT more". 

Finally my third piece of advice for getting started on wholesaling would be to meet cash buyers like myself and add them to a list of cash buyers.

I think the main thing people would point to as a red flag for Ocala is that it is not a large employment center like Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville and as a result may be more exposed to a pull back in values when there is a downturn.
