If you don’t mind a little more advice…when I’m running projections like this, I like to use the worst case scenario and if the numbers don’t work out in that scenario, I usually pass on the deal.

(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service. 

So should others dupped into believing they can do cash deals.

Think Good Deals Are Hard to Find?
