Also, the foreclosure process in Texas is a quick 41 to 50 day process.Lastly, Texas has passed mortgage wrap legislation to help on these. 

We pass through Redding on our way to our new Oregon investments (when driving).   

I hope it passes inspection but it is going to be close from what I can see.

When you talk about 'higher interest rates', what range have you seen passing by?

We give good tenants one free pass on issues. #1 is probably flushing "flushabe wipes" and female products.
