I was selling your future.I do not think anyone except large companies with on-staff economists and analysts can predict rental rates, interest rates and cap rates, or sales prices in 5 years, and often THEY are wrong.

I hope that BP has an economist who can chime in on this.It would probably be worthwhile for you to perform a "back-of-the-envelope" calculation of the percentage that you pay in taxes after all of your deductions have been accounted for.
