I saw a documentary about Arkansas being the absolute easiest for landlords to evict.

I like to think that people will simply do what is better, though I have also seen the movie Idiocracy (the documentary from the future) so I don't know.

I watched a documentary last night on Youtube that chronicled the response in China.

@Dylan Vargas  here is a really good documentary on homelessness in Seattle but it really could be any west coast city:Homeless in SeattleSomeone commented in the video about how homeless camps are like "concentration camps without the barbed wire".  

Take photos of the Comps, I assume that these Comps are also large acreage properties.That way, you have documentary evidence about the Comparables. 

I've watched a few documentaries but they always put a spin on social issues like that. 

It's an interesting documentary to watch.  

Idiocracy, who woulda thought it was a future documentary.
