It takes skill to set up and it takes skill to close on it.I don't know if anyone has ever told you this before but if you end dialogue in a passive aggressive tone, the initial reaction of the recipient is to be on the defensive.  

Go to the banks and start that dialogue so maybe they can work with me in the future?  

If not wrong, then at least not efficient or the most effective.With that said, any additional input/dialogue is appreciatedCheers
