This year, the cashflow bought them a cruise in the carribean and a nice long stay in hawaii.

They usually work on shares, and ot's traditional in my area, the logger gets half of the sales price.Most of the loggers are also qualified to timber cruise and can usually give you a pretty good guess at what your logs will bring at the mill.It's also possible to sell the trees as they stand to the mill, and they will send their own logger out to cut them.

Not to mention those already dead, in centers, age-restricted communities, rental units and I am sure a few more, maybe 4-ever cruise. 

Cruise potential property areas and go to REI meetups. 

If you are not local I would do google maps and virtually cruise the streets.  

If they look like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt it would be a bonus lol

We purchased a new car every year.We went on several cruises (but always were in contact with our work crew)Took a train trip to Ontario to see Phantom of the OperaWent to the Fox Theater to see Jekyll and Hyde (the musical)We lived the good life.However, it took a lot of work. 

I honestly don't know if they have any idea how under market value they are as none of them strike me as the internet savvy type so I can't picture them cruising CL to check current market rates. 

I can cruise job sites, AM HD runs, these forums, but interested in any affirmative rec.s/experience as wellI (Stamford based) have rehabbed and invested in other states, but never CT, and it was ~8 years ago. 

Kinda like a mini Cruise America!
