ISO rehabber & atty rec.s in Fairfield County after long time off

Hi -

Anyone have good atty, rehabber, and inspector (probably engineer based vs simple home inspection stuff)  rec.s for Fairfield? I can cruise job sites, AM HD runs, these forums, but interested in any affirmative rec.s/experience as well

I (Stamford based) have rehabbed and invested in other states, but never CT, and it was ~8 years ago.  With partners, rehabbed couple hundred units of multi-fam and built a dozen or so new 2-4 fams.  Since then I have focused on arranging financing (ex-Wall Streeter) for large commercial properties but looking to get back into the game.

I know it's (pretty) late in the cycle but have made money cross-cycle before, although velocity drops a lot.  On that note, am interested in preparing for the short side, b/c with a 10 year cycle and a 5 year memory we may be closer to a decline (secular as well as cyclical this time).

Thank you in advance
