That said, technically rates should be lower for a rental property as they are not insuring the contents like they are when it's your primary residence. 

We need to find a way to reward high quality, human generated content, and deprioritize low value posts to discourage workarounds. 

His book and other content should have solid information for Canadians.

I know you already said it was great for motivation, but was the actual content valuable?
