It's cool that there is demand.I just like suburban areas born and raised.I only go into Atlanta for concerts, sports games etc. and have someone else drive us there.

Do they have extra parking they rent out for concerts or games?

I was simply pointing out that we are making a concerted effort to stay on-top of our market analysis.  

Then some kid comes in behind me wanting to put up a poster for some Madame  Norie concert, wait, that's no kid, it's Little Richard wearing high heel shoes! 

I've never experienced bumper to bumper or stop and go traffic here outside of heading into a concert at the PNC pavilion.

W/ a concerted effort the Mayor's took the city back (started w/ Giuliani).  

As nightlife and concerts come to a halt, and dining at your favorite restaurant means sitting at a picnic table in a parking lane during January, their decision is accelerated.For those who left, the city was just a stop along the way.

I am looking forward to when we are able to have concerts/events again because the venue The Great Saltire is only a few minutes away from the property as well.

Smalls theatre is there which has many high profile concerts year long and a big attraction.
