Traditionally in the Black Community, in the past we were prevented from building wealth through multiple angles.

If the insulation on the wires looks like cloth impregnated with black tar it is past it's service life. 

OK then so you don't get black balled on this site you need to let everyone know you are a Sub 2 trainer and you charge for it.. that's the proper way to use BP otherwise you need to do what others in the bizz do and pay for your advertising on BP..

I know with the lower payment I can hold the property for a while and it will eventually be in the black and ideally double in value when held long enough.

Black is also more affordable than the gold, but if you're budgeted for Gold, it does give a great warmth to a Kitchen and Bath, and can be paired with the black you have going on.I agree about leaving one bath for resale, unless the tub is in another bathroom?  

Although it’s public info, I blacked out the owner names….but it appears they first got cited in 2019 and are being fined $100 a day to max out at 15k.

I could have made smarter moves but my mistakes are (overall) still in the black.

I researched it and decided to just buy all black grill (not stainless as it is not marine grade stainless and rusts in weeks) and an extended warranty.

I see articles and posts saying people with the "black card" from amex buy mansions and jets and other things with them.

And a bonus tip, get black out shades and mention them prominently.
