It's pretty rare that I have smokers sneak in and I'm not able to clean out the odor without much hassle.

They could raise your fees.Just like a life insurance company can charge smokers the same rate as non-smokers, they could in theory not hold it against you at all.

Make no mistake in that the smell of Aldehyde is like no other in that once you have had a whiff, not unlike ammonia or skunk (think marijuana cigarette smoke), it's definitely a strong scent you will not soon forget.

Then inspect if they fail to file for eviction. if you didn’t smell cigarette smoke either they are vaping inside (just as bad for property damage), or if you smoke you wouldn’t be able to smell it sadly.  

I bought a better one, $300 i think, and ran it multiple times to mitigate the home from heavy cigarette smoke.
