Hi Lawrence, I personally have not done this, but my dad has invested in Mobile Homes and the land for over 30 years and I have spoken with Mobile Home park owners who have successfully done this.

If talking about such things makes me a target for them then that furthers my belief  it's a cause that needs to be championed.

Look up Joshua Lawrence he is in your area and had a lot of knowledge and contacts.

If you're only licensed to assist your REI strategy then going with a very low fee based brokerage like Champions may work best. 

I use RMS in Lawrence and Topeka not sure if they are in KC they have been fabulous. 

@Lawrence Barnes  members can either contribute capital or loan the LLC money either way. you could simply contribute capital and in your operating agreement it calls for a distribution to you monthly that is separate from the normal running of the business. 

During that time I have witnessed many  new laws championed by idiotic politicians.
