I can make the deal work anyways, I have the cash to buy it outright, and can spend the first 3-4 weekends of weekend rehab doing demo, bleaching walls, patching minor drywall issues, painting walls, refinishing the wood floors, etc. 

If so, a good power wash with a diluted bleach solution can really bring back the natural color. 

I explain to tenants when they move in not to put grease down the drains, try not to wash ten loads of clothes in one afternoon or use a ton of bleach, etc. but I really can't patrol what they do when I leave.

I plan to install tile or LVP in place of the carpet, so I thought about spraying a water/bleach mix on the sub floor and install after it dries. 

If you just have surface mold, a little bleach takes care of that.

Wear rubber gloves , old clothes , and some diluted bleach to spray on the snake when done .

Once for massive cat urine (after tearing out floors, bleaching and sealing foundation) and another time for cigarette smoke (after replacing carpet and repainting).

Use bleach and clean every surface in the house.

I have never dealt with mold before but doing some research all I need is:- Wear protective gear- demo the affected walls (the ones not dry)- Moldicide + vacuum it all and not use bleach(I don't have any air ducts so one less thing to worry about)- Wait a few days, look for mold and if none put back the dry wallsI can do it all by myself no?
