Selling a seller financed property. Question
16 September 2017 | 6 replies
So, don't worry about what the seller is doing with themselves. Not necessarily true - there are forms of seller financing (such as a land contract or contract for deed) where title to the property is not passed to the purchaser until all payments have been made; these work similarly to how an automobile is typically financed, where you get the title after the lender has been paid off.

Getting discouraged with the market
23 February 2022 | 8 replies
haha).Anyway, I was just discussing with my daughter and a student (in different conversations) that:-Cash is terrible to sit in right now because of inflation-Real estate is very expensive and interest rates are on the way up (which, in theory, should lead to a price decline - if not a price increase slowdown at a minimum)-Collectibles are sky high-Automobiles are sky high-I'm not in love with the drastic swings in crypto (or the "bigger sucker" necessity of it to make money)It just doesn't seem like there's a great place to park money right now, but you've got to put it somewhere because of the aforementioned inflation...If that money finds it's way home to me, I'll look into real estate as it's always my first choice, but with my only being a teacher, I need my real estate to pay for itself and can't rely on expected future rent increases or appreciation in case it doesn't happen.
