Insurance for parking spot

Hello all! I am wondering how one goes about purchasing insurance for a parking spot, assuming it is required? I contacted my insurance company Geico where I currently insure one of my rental units. They do not sell separate insurance but advised that liability for the parking space could attach to the residential policy and or my current existing automobile policy. My concern is that I do not occupy the investment Property and I do not reasonably foresee any association between my private personal vehicle and the parking spot, which would be least in conjunction with my residential investment. Thank you in advance for any insight or lead you all may have. Thanks! M
