@Aaron Scott and @Anita BloutLet me save you a lot of time and aggravation... don't bother.99% of agents don't know and aren't willing to learn what a deal is.

I get extremely aggravated by someone in a suit that has no idea what there doing, You can see BS coming from a mile away.

I also don't like aggravation, so when I'm done with this house I'm living in, I will not be renting it out and dealing with tenants.  

You're walking in to a FINISHED PRODUCT without MONTHS of aggravation.  

I personally wouldn't buy there unless it was really a steal and then I'd plan for a short term hold.But that's just me, I've done C/C- areas and I'm all set with those now - just not worth the aggravation for me personally.
