I have a friend that’s desperate to clear the contents of an estate home in Springfield and is having no luck.

Looking for the cheapest place in New England to buy multi families with good rent return, good quality of life, population growth, not a terrible tenant pool and somewhere to be approved for FHA (only a 200k loan) currently looking around Hartford CT, and Springfield Massachusetts.

Those cities are namely - Holyoke, Springfield, Chicopee - and you can get properties in the price of $50-60/unit count with rents in the $900-1200 range for 2/3 beds.

I'd also like to mention that I am in Western Massachusetts and looking to get into the Springfield market if anyone is local and wants to reach out.
