I have a duplex block away from Albany Med (AMC) and rent both units to medical students.  

Of course we would all make allowance for two different animals that perform two separate tasks that require separate training; one to wake for the door bell, one to remind for meds for instance.

Ephesus in my mind is a must do in Turkey.. the other thing we have done is you go further south and then to the east along the med and there are really cool beach towns.

It is not easy to prepare for med school and learning REI at the same time but i believe many people had done it.

If you want to time everything, you're gonna need some sleeping pills and maybe some anti anxiety meds.
