Last question, is the worry free contract directly from the manufacturer (like Goodman or Trane), or from a 3rd party insurer specializing in A/C furnace? 

Many have used Goodman here, but HEIL was new when I heard it from one of the HVAC installers. 

The price they're quoting me sounds suspicious here are the details:AC Replacement Summary:- 2 ton 14 seer Goodman AC + install for 7.9k- Comes with 1 year labor maintenance + 10 year parts maintenance standard with competitors- The issue I'm having is the AC unit only cost 2k where the hell is the extra 5.9k coming from 1 days work???
