Licensing may then kick in and will doing any consumer lending, can if doing commercial lending.The finance industry is like 10, 55 gallon drums of water and RE financing is a gallon, finance is not real estate, real estate is just a sliver of the finance world, people here are entering no man's land thinking they can walk out on the streets and start lending money!

I worked in foundation repair for years, and I look at properties at open houses almost every weekend(mostly to drum up business for my concrete company) In my area, depending on what was done, I find that a lot of times without a warranty, this can scare off a lot off potential homebuyers.

Since July or so I've been slammed with all kinds of new business.When I am in a slow time I usually dedicate 1/2 my time to drumming up new business and I allocate some time to learn something NEW that I've been meaning to learn about.

I'm not sure what you told all those attorneys, but you thing I can assure you of, there is no standard contract in any state that cannot be used in any strategy, sounds to me like the attorneys up there are drumming up business saying because a property is unique the contract must be unique......horsefeathers!
