Ready to go in Melrose, Ma

Hi All! So excited to be a part of a place filled with like minded people! I'm very interested in finding a multi family in the north shore that needs help, but is liveable! I could also be happy with a SFH that needs some love, that I could fix up, rent, then sell at some point. Just trying to get this investing going! I'm finding this market to be extremely pricey, competitive and low in inventory! Has anyone had any luck in our area?

Welcome to BP @Amira Kabbara. I just sold a multiunit in Chelsea. Low inventory and high demand for multis is pretty standard in the Boston area these days. You will likely need to be aggressive in your bidding to acquire one.  I suggest getting an experienced agent who knows how to bid aggressively. Feel free to PM me for an agent referral if you dont have an agent already.
