I own an agency in Detroit, I send a lot of my cross-state business to Bobby Legate, he's based in San Clemente but works statewide and he's a broker like me.

I am moving into the area and have a potential project going on in the Clements/Blue Springs area.

It happened to us on the house in San Clemente, where a neighbor sued to gain title to the easement that goes with our property.

They just repaved the main road, they are putting millions into renovating Roberto Clemente Park (3 minute walk from my house and I just went to an open house about the redevelopment plans for the Jerome Corridor (underneath the 4 train).  

We ended up building in San Clemente, and Capo Beach.

While marketing the house we have in San Clemente, I have looked for sites where I might cross advertise it for a Vacation Rental property, but have not come across any sites that focus on listings of VR properties, so I thought I'd come to those with experience.
