Hi! Does anyone have any experience in investing in Athens, AL? I just put a property under contract that I am very excited about, and I would like to hear from some investors as to their thoughts on the town, experiences, areas/neighborhoods that one may or may not want to invest in, potential growth, etc. Thank you!
